SERVICE
Insurance Claim Assistance
Filing a claim shouldn’t be a second job. We help customers understand the process, provide clean documentation, and coordinate with carriers and adjusters when needed — so repairs move forward without friction.
What we help with
- Estimate documentation for your claim
- Carrier/adjuster coordination when requested
- Repair plan clarity (PDR vs panel repair)
- Supplement support if additional damage is found
Good to know
By law, you choose the repair facility — not the insurance company. We’ll help you navigate the claim, but the final decision is always yours.
How the claim process typically works
Every carrier is slightly different, but the workflow below is common for hail damage. We’ll meet you where you are in the process.
1. Submit claim / schedule inspection
If you haven’t filed yet, start with an estimate request so we can advise you on next steps.
2. Estimate & documentation
We document the damage and provide an estimate that aligns with repair reality.
3. Repair + supplements (if needed)
If we uncover hidden damage during teardown, we submit supplements for approval.
4. Finish + warranty
We complete the repair and back the work with a national warranty and satisfaction guarantee.
Deductible support (up to $500)
Many customers are able to pay no deductible depending on carrier guidelines and repair scope. We’ll explain your options clearly once we evaluate the vehicle.
